1. Refund Policy & Chargebacks

All sales are strictly final and non-refundable. Because you are purchasing intangible, digital virtual goods, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances.

If you attempt to bypass this policy by opening a dispute, chargeback, or claim with PayPal, your bank, or your credit card company, you will be permanently and irreversibly banned from the Stellablock server, Discord, and webstore. No exceptions will be made.

2. Server Rules & Bans

Purchasing an item or rank does not exempt you from the server rules. If you are caught breaking our rules (e.g., using cheats, exploiting, or toxic behavior), you will be punished or banned like any other player. If you are banned from the server, you will lose access to your purchased items, and absolutely no refunds will be issued.

3. Virtual Goods & Modification

All items, ranks, and perks purchased on this store are virtual digital goods and hold no real-world monetary value. We reserve the right to change, modify, balance, or remove any ranks, perks, or items at any time if necessary for the health and balance of the server.

4. Parental Consent

If you are under the age of 18, you must have explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase. By proceeding with a payment, you confirm that you are either over 18 or have obtained the necessary consent from an adult.

5. Affiliation

Stellablock is an independent Minecraft server. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Mojang AB or Microsoft. Please do not contact Mojang regarding any purchases made on this webstore.
